Parisian designers Anne Cecile Couetil and Olivier Guerre joined together 2 years ago to developed Velvetine, a line of luxurious bohemian handbags.  The “Sweet Needle” collection is characterized by elegant drop clasps, paired with long fringe and soft natural leathers.
